WORK WITH US

We mainly work with professionals and freelancers, involving them in projects based on their skills, interests and availability.
We don’t always publish open positions: we prefer to get to know people first and contact them when a project that is genuinely suited to them comes up.

We believe in freedom paired with responsibility. Everyone can organise their own work, but deadlines, difficulties and changes must be communicated clearly.

Once that’s agreed, we’re not interested in checking when you work, but in being able to count on the commitments we make together.

We like discussion, brainstorming and letting ideas cross-pollinate, but we avoid endless meetings, unnecessary steps and conversations that don’t lead to a final decision. When it’s time to brainstorm, we brainstorm. When it’s time to work, we get straight to the point.

We mainly choose to work on projects in the environmental, social or health sectors. We look for skills, but also genuine interest in what we are helping to build.
We’re tired of the clichés that say working well means sacrificing your time, pretending to always be available or adapting to dynamics that aren’t good for anyone.
We’ve seen skilled people leave companies and teams not because they didn’t love what they did, but because they didn’t feel listened to, valued or truly free to contribute.
That’s why we’re trying to build, first and foremost for ourselves, a different way of working: human, responsible and solution-oriented.
In every organisation, talented people leave hoping to find a better place to work. And we wanted, first and foremost for ourselves, to become that better place: somewhere you can be human and useful at the same time.
Let’s find together what you really enjoy doing
You decide when and what to do — of course, once you’ve made a commitment.
We try to understand which activities come most naturally to you, which ones you’d like to explore further, and how you can truly contribute to the project.
You’re free to decide whether to accept a project, based on the time you have and how interested you are. But once a commitment is made, we rely on one another.
We’d rather hear about a difficulty in time than face a silence that turns into a problem. Here, you don’t have to pretend everything is fine: we look for a solution together.
what excites you
how you approach a problem
what you need to work well
which activities give you energy
how you communicate when something isn’t working
We’ve prepared a few questions that we also use ourselves to get to know one another better, recognise what’s good for us and respect our boundaries.
You can fill them in simply as a personal exercise. If you decide to send us your answers, we’ll use them to understand whether there may be compatibility between the way you work and the way we work.
